  1. *Before cruising or flying to Barbados make sure you have the necessary travel documents

  3. *Please arrive at the airport 2 hours prior to your departure.

  4. *Departure tax is now included in the airline ticket prices.

  5. *Please make sure to fill out all appropriate customs & duty free forms.

  6. *Do not transport or agree to carry packages for anyone to the airport.

  7. *Transporting some types of fruit, wood, meat and plants is prohibited

Visas are not required for passengers on cruise ships with the exception of citizens of the C.I.S., Eastern European countries, People's Republic of China, Taiwan, South Africa and Korea.

Cruise ship passengers who are "in-transit" and stay less than 24 hours are not required to carry a valid passport.

However, if you are beginning and ending your trip in Barbados or are "in-transit" to take a flight at the Grantley Adams International Airport, you are required to possess a valid passport.

1. The Republic of the Congo AND the Democratic Republic of the Congo both need a visa.

2. The Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (North) need a visa. Citizens of South Korea do not.

3. Citizens of El Salvador no longer need a visa as a result of a Visa Waiver Agreement signed between Barbados and El Salvador in September 2014.Please see attached note.
